DNX is a face mill for machining cast iron and steel. The 25° DNX cutter’s combination of cutter body type and insert design allows for a wider application range from low rigidity and general purpose to heavy milling.

Unique Insert Design
DNX inserts feature a v-shaped design with two chipbreakers (G-Type for general purpose and H-Type for heavy milling) as well as straight cutting edge type (SH-Type). Inserts provide significant cost savings due to 8 cutting edges that create 1.5 times high efficiency than leading competitor.
